'Jinpe Fakhar karna chahiye tha, voh fikhar ban gaye': Sidhu roasts poor Pak fielding in epic style
Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is commenting the action in Hindi for Star Sports network, could not resist roasting the Pakistan team from the comm box.
India and Pakistan are in the midst of a high-octane contest at the Nassau County Stadium, New York, in the T20 World Cup 2024. India had a rough start as both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma fell in the first four overs. Axar Patel also eventually fell after India got past the 50-run mark. Things could have been worse for India as Rishabh Pant might have perished early as well, but thanks to Pakistan's poor fielding Pant got not one, two, or even three but four let-offs. Pant was dropped four times in the field.

Navjot Singh Sidhu roasts Pakistan
Witnessing Rishabh Pant's unbelievable luck and Pakistan's lacklustre fielding effort, Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is commenting the action in Hindi for Star Sports network, could not resist roasting the Pakistan team in the comm box. As Pant's got a lifeline for the 4th time, Sidhu commented 'Jinpe Fakhar karna chahiye tha, voh fikhar ban gaye hai.'
Dropping Pant has cost Pakistan big time. The left-hander is closing in on a half-century as India are nearing the 100-run mark, with 13 overs being bowled.
Earlier, Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and elected to bowl first. Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli opened the innings for India, but both departed before India could put 20 runs on the board. Axar Patel and Rishabh Pant provided India with some solidarity as they crafted a 37-run stand. Patel was dismissed after scoring 20 runs. Survayakumar Yadav and Shivam Dube also could not contribute much. As per the latest score, India are 95/5 after 13.5 overs.
