Virat Kohli's poor run of form in T20 World Cup 2024 continued as he got out cheaply in India vs England semi finals. Rahul Dravid was quick to console him.
Virat Kohli's horrid run of form in T20 World Cup 2024 continued as he failed to live up to expectations once again in India vs England semi finals.
This is one of the worst patches Virat Kohli has had in his career and Team India coach Rahul Dravid was aware of what his star player might be feeling and went to console Kohli in the dressing room

Rahul Dravid consoled a DEVASTED Virat Kohli
After winning the toss India was put on to bat by England skipper Jos Buttler. Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma opened the batting for Team India once again but it didn't go to plan at all.
Virat Kohli was ultra aggressive from the first delievery but wasn't able to make clean connections. And then Reece Topley came on to bowl and Virat Kohli smacked him for a six on the first ball.
However, in the same over Reece Topley dragged his length back and Virat Kohli stepped out for a big hit, completely missing the length of the game and his leg stump bails were knocked over. Virat Kohli departed scoring just 9 runs in 9 balls.
In a video, that has surfaced on Social Media, Team India head coach Rahul Dravid was seen consoling Virat Kohli in the dressing room. In the video it can be seen that Virat Kohli was devasted and nealry teared up as Rahul Dravid came to console him.

Virat Kohli's poor T20 World Cup 2024
Virat Kohli has been India's greatest performer in T20 World Cup. He was the team's leading run scorer in T20 World Cup 2014, 2016 and 2022.
However, this year he has had a tournament to forget having only scored 66 runs in six matches and he has got out for a duck twice.
