In a video shared by the ICC, Rohit Sharma is seen humorously urging Rishabh Pant to calm down, repeatedly saying, "Aaram se, Aaram se" (take it easy, take it easy), as the wicket-keeper, visibly excited, throws the ball towards his skipper. Pant’s enthusiasm was palpable, having made a crucial catch, but Rohit's comical reminder highlighted the funny side of the incident.

India defeated Afghanistan by a huge margin of 47 runs. Suryakumar Yadav was named the player of the match for his explosive knock with the bat. India bowled Afghanistan out for just 134 runs. Jasprit Bumrah picked up three wickets for just seven runs. Arshdeep Singh, Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel, and Ravindra Jadeja also contributed with the ball. 

India will play against Bangladesh in their next Super 8 match on Saturday. The fixture will be held at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua.
