'Stop sweeping me': SKY responds as Suryakumar Yadav & Rashid Khan engage in a friendly banter
Suryakumar Yadav and Rashid Khan were seen engaging in what looked like a friendly banter as commentator Ravi Shastri guesses upon their conversation.
Team India began their Super 8 campaign with a big win over Afghanistan, establishing their supremacy in the Caribbean Islands. After being undefeated on a two-paced track in New York, the Rohit Sharma-led side has emerged as a strong contender for the ICC T20 title. Suryakumar Yadav, the ICC's number one hitter, proved to be clinical for the Indian Cricket Team, scoring a half-century and putting up the crucial runs on the scoreboard. SKY also handled one of Afghanistan's most notable players, Rashid Khan, with ease. Surya and Rashid engaged in some friendly conversation on the pitch when they faced off in the Super 8s.

When India was batting in the first innings, Suryakumar Yadav went into an all-out assault with the bat as he raked up runs on the scoreboard, the Indian side needed him to step up, and he did so effectively. He even put up a strong effort against Rashid Khan, who scalped the wickets of some of the top Men in Blue stars. But SKY stood like a wall against him as he raked up boundaries and sixes.
At one point in the match-up, the cameras show Rashid Khan and Suryakumar Yadav having a conversation on the pitch. Ravi Shastri, who was on commentary duties for the match, speculated on what Rashid might have been telling SKY. Shastri adds, "Stop sweeping me, he says," as Rashid was seen in the camera. It seemed like the Indian batter was responding to Rashid as well, and Shastri stated that Suryakumar replied, "It's not my fault!"
