Bengaluru FC: ISL giants allocate East Lower B stand to the away fans
ISL News: Bengaluru FC designate the East Lower B stand of the Kanteerava Stadium to the away fans as the West Block remains with the home fans for the season.

Recently, defending ISL champions Bengaluru FC announced that they will continue to play their home games at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bengaluru for the upcoming ISL season. Now the club has made another announcement designating the East Lower B stand of the stadium to the travelling fans.

ISL News: The Fortress
The Sree Kanteerava Stadium has been the home of the current champs since 2014 and has a capacity of 24,000. There are eight entrances to the stadium with five being designated for the fans, one for the VIPs and one for stadium officials and one for players. A total of nine stands have been used by Bengaluru FC for their matches. The West Block A stand is the largest in the stadium and is home to their fans, West Dock Blues.

Carles Cuadrat-led Bengaluru FC went unbeaten at home in their entire league campaign as they clinched their first ISL trophy. They scored an impressive 15 goals while conceding 7 in their 9 home games last season. They also overturned a 2-1 defeat in the hands of North East United in the playoff semifinals at home, winning the game 3-0. Due to their impressive home record, the stadium has been often referred to as 'the fortress' by their fans.
