Cristiano Ronaldo once again broke the internet when he announced the launch of his YouTube channel ‘UR Cristiano’ on Wednesday last week. Cristiano Ronaldo's arrival on YouTube took people on Social Media by surprise as fans were thrilled to go behind the scenes with what one of the biggest sporting icons is like off the pitch. 

Within hours of launching his YouTube channel, Cristiano Ronaldo broke all records with the subscriber number starting to hit a million in just hours of launch. In less than a week Cristiano Ronaldo's YouTube channel has close to 50 Million subscribers at 48.8 Million. Given the enormous amount of subscriber base here's how much money Ronaldo has already earned from YouTube.

How much money has Ronaldo earned on his YouTube channel 

Cristiano Ronaldo smashed all records on the rate of subscribers ever seen in YouTube as he reached to 28 Million subscribers in just 24 hours. No channel in YouTube history had ever reached 28 million subscribers in even a month. 

As Ronaldo, shattered subscription records in YouTube and also reached close to 50 Million subscribers. The views on Ronaldo's videos have totalled more than 177 Million Euros. 

All of this suggests that Cristiano Ronaldo must have earned a tremendous sum in form of YouTube earnings in just a week. While there have been no official confirmation on Ronaldo's earnings, according to a Marca estimate Cristiano Ronaldo has earned nearly 100 Million Euros inside less than a week. 

The estimation is down to the metric that people earn between $1,200 and $6,000 monthly per every view. Adding onto that, Cristiano Ronaldo would also earn in sponsorships and advertisements.

Ronaldo's plans post retirement

Cristiano Ronaldo in a recent chat with Portuguese channel Now confirmed that post his retirement from football he would like to do things away from the beautiful game. 

"In my mind, at the moment, it is not about being a first-team coach, or a coach of any team. I don't see my future being that way. I see myself doing other things outside of football, but only God knows what the future holds," said Cristiano Ronaldo to Portuguese channel Now.

Cristiano Ronaldo is also going to be honoured by UEFA as President Aleksandr Ceferin will hand out a special award to the Portuguese to immortalise his achievement of being the highest goal scorer in Champions League history.
