Inter Milan head coach Antonio Conte said on Saturday that Juventus are still the "gold standard" in Italian football, and no team in Serie A has managed to erase the gap to the nine-time defending champions.
Juventus have targeted a 10th consecutive title victory this season - a streak which started with three titles won under the guidance of Antonio Conte with Andrea Pirlo, currently in his first campaign as 'Bianconeri' head coach, an influential playmaker in that triumphant side.
Inter are second in the Serie A table, four points ahead of fourth-placed Juventus who have one game in hand, and three points behind leaders and city rivals AC Milan.
A victory over Juventus would see Conte's side move level on 40 points with AC Milan at the top of the table, with the 'Rossoneri' set to travel to Cagliari on Monday.
