Manchester City are eyeing their third consecutive Premier League title this season but their journey towards the milestone seems to be a difficult task as the Merseyside team are leading the PL 2019-20 table by six points. Manchester City have a chance to cut Liverpool's lead by half when they will visit the Anfield stadium on November 10, 2019. The match is expected to be the biggest game of the season, as Manchester City and Liverpool are the only two sides in the PL who can match each other's standards. The away match is very valuable for Pep Guardiola and his team, as a loss will see Liverpool sitting on a lead of 9 points.

However, Guardiola is left with very limited options for the Liverpool match with many of his players going through multiple injuries. Germany's Leroy Sane picked up an injury in City's Community Shield clash. Sane suffered from a half ACL injury and is set to come back only by January or February next year.
Aymeric Laporte damaged his cartilage and his lateral meniscus in their clash against Brighton. The centre back is expected to return by February 2020 as well. Aleks Zinchenko is suffering from a knee injury and he is expected to be back by December. Rodri pulled his hamstring during the Atlanta match and is expected to return till November. David Silva was ruled out of the Southampton clash during half-time because of a muscle issue and will reportedly take two weeks to make a comeback.
