Real Madrid Boosted by Key Player’s Return to Training Ahead of Crucial UCL Showdown vs AC Milan
Major Star's return to training gives Real Madrid a timely boost as they prepare for their crucial Champions League matchup against AC Milan.
On November 6 at the Santiago Bernabéu in a major Champions League encounter, Real Madrid hosts AC Milan. Both clubs want a three-point boost to confirm their place in Group. While Milan, seated further down with just one win in three games, requires victory to remain competitive, Madrid, now third with two wins and a defeat, wants to bounce from uneven performance. Both teams will fight fiercely to guarantee advancement into the knockout phases.

Real Madrid star could return from injury for the UCL clash against AC Milan
Thibaut Courtois's reportedly returning to training has given Real Madrid a major boost. The Belgian goalie might return for their Champions League game against AC Milan on Tuesday, November 6.
Having an adductor ailment in his left leg, Courtois had been sidelined and missed the most recent El Clasico. He missed their LaLiga contest against Barcelona, although his last outing was in Madrid's 5-2 Champions League triumph against Borussia Dortmund.
Real Madrid lost 4-0 at home in his absence; Andriy Lunin filled in. Severe flooding in the Valencia region caused their planned league game versus Valencia on Saturday, November 2, to be postponed.
Carlo Ancelotti's team is now focussing on their forthcoming Champions League encounter against Serie A side AC Milan after their league game was postponed. Hoping Courtois will be ready for the game since transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano noted on X that he has started training. Should cleared, Courtois may be back in action when Real Madrid meets Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu next Tuesday. According to the Fabrizio Romano’s update:
“Thibaut Courtois returns on the pitch as he’s preparing his comeback after recent injury,”
With an adductor injury, Courtois has missed Madrid's 1-0 Champions League loss to Lille and LaLiga games against Villarreal and Barcelona.
The 32-year-old has had four clean sheets this season and given up 10 goals in 12 outings overall. Ancelotti will be keen to have his main custodian back in the lineup following a flimsy defensive performance against Barcelona, therefore strengthening the team's stability.
