Star Barcelona Winger Gets Bumper Offer From Saudi As Catalan Club Scrambles For New Signings

As Barcelona look to make room for new signings, star winger for the club has received a bumper offer from Saudi Pro League side.

Barcelona are looking to strengthen their squad in this summer transfer window after a trophy less season. Having sacked their manager and club legend Xavi in May, Barcelona roped in former Bayern Munich and Germany manager Hansi Flick to start a new era at the club. 

The club is actively looking to strengthen their squad depth and already paid a hefty price tag to sign Spain's Euro 2024 hero Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig. Barcelona want more new signings and have their heart set on signing Spanish winger Nico Williams. However, to make room for new players they need to sell players and as it turns out they might have to ship off a star winger after an unbelievable offer from Saudi Arabia. 

Barcelona's star winger to move to Saudi

Unfortunately, for Barcelona the club has been struggling with some horrid injuries and the lack of form of some players have meant that their star Brazilian winger in Raphinha is the most viable sale option. 

According to recent reports by Adrian Sanchez, an unnamed Saudi Pro League club has offered to triple Raphinha's salary in a massive deal.

While, the club is unknown past reports had linked Al Nassr with Raphinha as they reportedly offered a $20 Million salary per year to the Brazilian. Al Nassr are willing to offer as high as $100 Million to sign the star winger. 

However, Barcelona remain adamant that Raphinha is not for sale but their pursuit for potential Nico Williams and the new arrival of Dani Olmo

Not just Saudi Clubs according to reports Newcastle United are also interested in signing the winger.

Barcelona's Pursuit of Nico Williams 

Barcelona are actively pursuing the signing of Spain's Euro 2024 sensation in Nico Williams as they look to form a deadly partnership upfront with Lamine Yamal. 

President Joan Laporta in the past had confirmed that they have the funds to pay Nico Williams' release clause which is close to 70 Million Euros. However, Nico Williams is unsure of leaving his boyhood club Athletic Bilbao at this stage of his career.
