The judges gave Jake Paul victories with scores of 97-92, 98-91, and 98-91, praising his supreme performance throughout the contest. Although Diaz, who was making his professional boxing debut, showed tenacity, he was unable to defeat the tenacious Paul.

Round 9: Diaz played with vigour and persistence, but Paul's rebounds and backpedalling technique allowed him to keep a comfortable lead, 88-82.

Round 10: Diaz was aware that a knockdown was what he wanted, but Paul's defensive strategies kept him from getting one. Paul won with a 98-91 score, despite Diaz's best attempts.

Jake Paul's outstanding performance increased his winning run over MMA competitors and solidified his 7-1 record. The UFC anticipates Nate Diaz's comeback, maybe for a trilogy matchup with Conor McGregor.
