Celebrated on November 5, Paul Pogba, the French football player and World Cup winner who has played for top football clubs like Manchester United and Juventus, conveyed sincere birthday congratulations to Indian cricket hero Virat Kohli. This happened on a live webcast featuring well-known YouTuber ISWAYSPEED.

ISWAYSPEED (Darren Watkins Jr.) Googled Virat Kohli and asked if Pogba knew the well-known Indian cricketer while streaming Tuesday. Then he started to mention:

“Virat, happy birthday my boy. He’s a legend, he is literally the best cricket player in the entire world.”

Pogba to the conversation added:

“Happy birthday bro. Long life.”

The Juventus player Paul Pogba was banned in September 2023 after testing positive for DHEA, a drug believed to raise testosterone levels. From this came a four-year suspension. But in October 2024 the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) lowered the penalty to eighteen months. Pogba is so expected to return to training in January 2025 with eligibility to play once again in March 2025.
