NBA News: Markieff Morris fined after misconduct
Pistons, who were struggling as Blake Griffin is injured, faced another problem as Morris was hit by a technical foul. The player recorded his best game of the NBA 2019-20 season on Saturday. Morris registered a total of 17 points on 5-of-7 shooting, got six rebounds, two steaks and one block before committing the foul. Morris' misconduct apparently extended more than the foul. However, it is still unclear which incident the NBA is referring to, and could be different from the one involving the technical foul.
Markieff Morris and his season so far
Apart from Morris' 17 point game on Saturday, Morris has scored below 10 in all other games. He scored eight points in the season opener against Indiana Pacers on October 24.
