Nabil Boudi, her lawyer, called the comments a "misogynist, racist, and sexist campaign." Nabil Boudi told Variety: “JK Rowling and Elon Musk are named in the lawsuit, among others,” Imane Khelif was included in an earlier photo that American swimmer Riley Gaines shared on social media with the statement, "Men don't belong in women's sports."
