Manu Bhaker Poses In Front Of Eiffel Tower With Her Two Olympic Medals
Upon the conclusion of a highly successful Paris Olympics campaign, Manu Bhaker posed with her two Olympic Medals in front of Eiffel Tower.
Manu Bhaker has emerged as India's Olympic hero as she made the nation incredibly proud by winning two Bronze Medals at the Paris Olympics. Manu Bhaker first won Bronze in Women's singles 10m air pistol and then again won Bronze in Mixed Team in the same shooting series alongside Sarabjot Singh.
In doing so, Manu Bhaker became the first athlete to win two Olympic medals at a single Olympics for Independent India. She was gunning for even more glory by becoming the first Indian to win three individual Olympic medals. However, that dream ended in a heartbreak as she finished 4th in Women's 25m pistol and missed out on her historic third medal by one shot.
As Manu Bhaker's Olympic campaign concluded she posted an iconic medal winning photo at the Eiffel tower.

Post the conclusion of her Paris Olympics campaign, Manu Bhaker took to Instagram to share a message to the fans for their overwhelming support.
In the post, Manu Bhaker was seen posing in front of the Eiffel Tower alongside her two Gold Medals.
Manu Bhaker to be India's Flag Bearer at Closing Ceremony
Manu Bhaker is set to be India's flag bearer at the Olympic closing ceremony here on Sunday.
Manu opened India's medal account at the ongoing Games by winning a bronze in individual 10m air pistol event, becoming the first markswoman from the country to win an Olympic medal.
She then joined forces with Sarabjot Singh to bag the 10m air pistol mixed team bronze.
"Yes, Manu has been chosen to be the flag bearer. She has done exceptionally well and deserves the honour," said an IOA official.
The 22-year-old shooter from Haryana had earlier said it would be an honour to be India's as flag bearer.
"There are many in the contingent who are more deserving but it will be a real honour, if I am asked to," said Manu Bhaker.
IOA has not named a male flag bearer yet but are likely announce one in the coming days.
