'This is Probably...': Novak Djokovic's Big Claim About Future After Gold Medal At Paris Olympics

Novak Djokovic triumphed at Paris Olympics to win his first ever gold medal at the Summer Games and post the triumph made a big claim about his tennis future.

Novak Djokovic finally got his moment of Olympics glory when he beat Carlos Alcaraz in the men's singles final at Paris to win his first ever Gold Medal for Serbia. After finally getting his hands on his first Olympics gold, Novak Djokovic was in tears and showed emotion like he's never seen before. 

Post his amazing 7-6(7-3), 7-6(7-2) victory over Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic the man who's won 24 Grand Slams made bold claim about his achievement and dropped a mega hint about his future in Tennis. 

Novak Djokovic on his future after Paris Olympics triumph 

Novak Djokovic had been struggling with a knee injury throughout the year. Having not won any Grand Slams this year and getting decimated by Carlos Alcaraz in the Wimbledon final last year, there were a lot of doubts surrounding the Serbian's future in Tennis. 

However, post his victory, Novak Djokovic made it clear that he eyes to come back and play in 2028 Los Angeles Olympics

“I want to play in Los Angeles, I enjoy playing for my country in the Olympic Games, in the Davis Cup,” said Novak Djokovic about his future to Barron's.

Novak Djokovic further went on to claim that this was the greatest victory of his career. 

“Now at the age of 37 and facing a 21-year-old who is probably the best player in the world right now, winning Roland Garros and Wimbledon back-to-back, I can say that this is probably the biggest sporting success I have ever had,” said Novak Djokovic.

Novak Djokovic became the oldest player ever at 37 years old to win Olympic gold medal in men's singles tennis. He also became the fifth player in history to win Career Golden Slam - Winning all Grand Slams and Paris Olympics Gold.
