Paris Olympics Day 8 (August 3): How Many Medals India Can Win Today At The Games?

After the routine hits and misses on Day 7, it is time to contemplate what Day 8 has in store for India. The day could augment the medals tally as Manu Bhaker will once again be in action. Bhaker will contest for Gold in the 25m Pistol final. Besides Shooting, which has brought wonders for India at the Paris Olympics, there are some other focal points where a podium finish is likely.

How Many Medals India Can Win Today?

A total of three medals are up for grabs today. Manu Bhaker, who has already won two bronze medals, will vie to make further history as she could complete her hattrick of medals today. All eyes would be on Bhaker again. Besides Bhaker, there are hopes riding with archers, Deepika Kumari and Bhajan Kaur. Both are in the quarterfinals and would be aiming for a podium finish. Furthermore, Boxer Nishant Dev will feature in his quarterfinal bout today, he is one win away from confirming India a medal. Thus, it is going to be a busy day and if everything goes India's way, it could turn out to be a historic day for India.
