It is also advised that any dumbell pullovers must be under trainer-supervision given the pressure it puts on the critical muscles of the human body. 
 

Saina Nehwal's Rowing Workout 

Saina Nehwal, 29, also inculcates many rowing workouts in her daily regime. This routine is not only essential for toning your muscles but it also develops the overall mental as well as the physical fitness of the body. Saina Nehwal, as a badminton player, puts a huge amount of pressure on her shoulder muscles and rowing workouts help the ace shuttler to strengthen those parts of the body.
