Undertaker reveals why he could not show up on the Smackdown premiere
Undertaker has revealed the exact reason why he could not show up on the 20th anniversary of Smackdown. The' Dead Man' said that he was told he was not needed.

The Undertaker has been one of WWE's greatest megastars and he is also arguably the best fear striker in the company's history. The Undertaker, whose real name is 'Mark William Callaway', with an illustrious career, has entertained his fans for almost three decades. The 'Deadman' holds the record for the most wins at Wrestlemania, which is WWE's biggest event. In fact, he was undefeated at Wrestlemania for over two decades. The Undertaker held a 21-year winning streak at Mania which was ended by Brock Lesnar in 2014 at Wrestlemania 30. He now makes special or part-time appearances. In fact, the 'Dead Man' was one of those legends who was slated to make his appearance on Smackdown's 20th anniversary but he did not.

The Undertaker had posted an image of himself on social media where he was seen carrying out one of his signature poses and the caption of that image was about the Smackdown premier itself. Take a look.
The fans wondered why the legendary superstar did not show up on the big night. Meanwhile, another fan asked why he was not there at the end to close the show to which the 'Phenom' replied that he was told he was not needed.
What's next for The Undertaker?
The Undertaker had last made his WWE appearance on an episode of Smackdown in September this year which was held at the Madison Square Garden in New York City where 'The Demon of Death Valley' choke-slammed Sami Zayn for trying to grab the spotlight which was rightfully meant for Taker. Meanwhile, it has been reported that the Dead Man will make his appearance at the next WWE pay-per-view 'Crown Jewel' which is scheduled to take place in Saudi Arabia on October 31.

Brock Lesnar ended Kofi Kingston's six-month-long WWE Championship reign in the most bizarre ways possible as it took him just under 10 seconds to win his first WWE Championship since 2004 at the 20th anniversary of Smackdown. Lesnar had once ruled the blue brand and was touted as the 'Next Big Thing'.
