The Doctor of Thuganomics and the undisputed leader of the 'Cenation', John Cena is one of the greatest stars to compete in a WWE ring. Now a Hollywood Superstar, Cena, earlier this year announced that his time in the squared circle was coming to a close and ended up announcing his retirement tour. The star pro wrestler has won the coveted WWE Championship a record 13 times and has also held the World Heavyweight Championship three times. This record sets him apart from his contemporaries.

John Cena Has High Regards For Brock Lesnar

Just like the 'Leader of Cenation', the 'Beast Incarnate', Brock Lesnar is a superstar. Lesnar' brute power and ruthless attitude inside the ring has always surprised the fans. Lesnar might not necessarily be one of the most loved WWE stars, but whenever he his inside the squared circle, he puts up a show for the fans and is also one of the toughest athlete to dominate and beat.

Cena's association and rivalry with the 'Beast Incarnate' goes long back in the late 90s and the early 2000s. Cena and Lesnar were also the part of the same OVW class which included the likes of Randy Orton, Shelton Benjamin and Batista. While speaking on Shanon Sharpe's Clun Shay Shay podcast, Cena spoke about Lesnar very highly.

'Brock is one of the most gifted, hardest-working, perseverant, stubborn sons of b*tches I've ever met. But I honestly think, physically, he could do whatever he puts his mind to right. It's also because he's 6-4, 300 plus. So it was a natural transition. … I think Brock is a physical anomaly, and I'm glad he found his home with WWE 'cause he's fantastic, but I think he could put do whatever he really wanted to', said Cena.

Lesnar's Future In The WWE

After Brock lost to the American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes, last year in August, he has been off television. The former WWE champion was scheduled to return during the 2024 edition of the Royal Rumble, but a shocking Janel Grant lawsuit has made the chances of his return extremely uncertain. Lesnar's return to the sports entertainment industry completely depends on WWE's legal team.
