WWE, AEW rumours: Drew and Ricochet’s rivalry; Omega’s new storyline

This week saw some incredible wrestling moments in both WWE RAW and AEW Dynamite. Drew McIntyre made his return and The Street Profits won their debut match on RAW. But after both the shows were over, many new rumours were born which grabbed everyone’s attention. Here are some of them.

WWE: Drew McIntyre’s winning return

WWE Universe witnessed the return of Drew McIntyre this week and what a return it was. Coming back after two months, McIntyre joined Team Ric Flair and defeated his long-time rival Ricochet in a one-to-one match. Now, there are rumours that WWE is thinking to take this rivalry between Drew McIntyre and Ricochet to a whole new level. Rumours have it that the two wrestlers may fight each other many times after the WWE Crown Jewel. The two will next meet each other in the upcoming PPV where Drew McIntyre and Ricochet will fight for Team Ric Flair and Team Hulk Hogan respectively.

AEW: Kenny Omega’s new storyline

Kenny Omega recently defeated Rey Fenix to become the new AAA Mega Champion. The match happened at the Heroes Inmortales XIII event in Veracruz, Mexico. Now, there are rumours that Omega’s newly won title may come to AEW and become the part of the show. Rumours reveal that a match between AAA Mega Champion Kenny Omega and Jon Moxley may happen for the title. In an interview, Omega was quoted saying, “I promise you, you will see the title in AEW."
