RAW has always been the primary brand of WWE but it seems that the blue brand is going to take over it very soon. After a great debut on FOX and recent WWE drafts, Friday Night SmackDown is ready with a great roster and new superstars to continue their storyline. Roman Reigns ‘The Big Dog’ lost a draft-deciding encounter against Seth Rollins which has landed the Samoan into SmackDown and it is actually a great boost to the blue roster. WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is also in the house with an interesting feud building up against his UFC rival Cain Velasquez. SmackDown has a lot of options to build its storyline accordingly and fans can expect a lot at this moment before this week’s Friday Night SmackDown.
WWE: SmackDown Preview
The Fiend
The current WWE Draft has split up a few good rivalries like Seth Rollins and Bray Wyatt ‘The Fiend’. The current WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins has been drafted to RAW while his Hell in a Cell rival Bray Wyatt ‘The Fiend’ is on SmackDown. However, this may bring up a new opportunity for ‘The Fiend’. WWE fans have loved Bray Wyatt’s character and SmackDown can use it any moment to create an interesting fight. On the October 11 episode, The Fiend came up from the ring in Seth Rollins vs Roman Reigns and dragged the Universal champion to his HELL. It won't be shocking if it happens again with another WWE star.
Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez
The Mexican martial artist made his WWE entrance right after Brock Lesnar won his WWE Championship against Kofi Kingston in just 10 seconds. Cain entered the ring and assaulted The Beast with brutal punches. Cain has knocked out the UFC belt out of Brock Lesnar in UFC and he is eyeing up for the same in WWE. However, WWE is Brock Lesnar’s den and it won't be surprising if he plants an F5 or Suplex on Velasquez in the upcoming episode.
Sasha Banks for the title
After two back to back unsuccessful attempts at RAW Women’s Championship, The Boss has been drafted to SmackDown. The Boss was quite upset over her losses against Becky Lynch and WWE may give her a new boost with a title shot at SmackDown Women’s title against her former mate Bayley.
