WWE: Roman Reigns takes a dig at Team Flair, mocks opponents

All the WWE superstars have reached to Saudi Arabia and are currently busy promoting the upcoming PPV. In one of those media events, Team Hogan’s captain Roman Reigns slammed all the players of Team Flair by saying that he has defeated every one of them. Roman Reigns arrived in the ring with his teammates Rusev, Ricochet, Shorty G and Ali. Hulk Hogan was also present on the stage where he introduced his 5-man squad to the fans.

After Team Hogan’s segment, Flair came to the ring and introduced his squad. Flair first introduced his former Evolution teammate and team captain Randy Orton, and then Bobby Lashley, King Corbin and Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. Randy Orton came to the stage and praised his teammates by calling them tough and ruthless.

WWE Crown Jewel: Team Hogan vs Team Flair

The announcement for this match was made when Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair appeared in the season premiere of RAW to chat with Miz at his segment, Miz TV. There the two superstars talked about their career and their rivalries. One led to another and a match between the two was set. The duo then decided that they will pick five superstars each, and both the teams will face each other at the Crown Jewel PPV.

The Hulkster originally picked WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins to be his team captain, but after Rollins was placed in a Universal Title match against The Fiend, it was determined that Rollins could no longer be a part of Hogan’s squad. As a result, Hogan later picked Roman Reigns to be his new captain. Ric Flair, on the other hand, took almost three weeks to announce his last player, but recently he completed his team by naming Drew McIntyre in his squad. The two teams are scheduled to face each other in the Crown Jewel PPV on October 31, 2019.
