WWE SummerSlam 2023 predictions: Will Roman Reigns prevail at biggest party of the summer?

WWE SummerSlam 2023 is on the horizon. The event will feature three headliner fights in the form of Roman Reigns vs Jey Uso, Seth Rollins vs Finn Balor, and Brock Lesnar vs Cody Rhodes. Aside from these fights, superstars like Ronda Rousey, Logan Paul, Charlotte Flair, etc, are also part of the show.

WWE SummerSlam 2023 predictions

The event will commence with a 20-men battle royal match, where superstars like LA Knight, Sheamus, Otis, Shinsuke Nakamura, Tomasso Ciampa, etc are a part of it. Since it is the opening match, some high-flying action will be expected. As for who could win, LA Knight may emerge with the winning momentum, and some reports stated that the 40-year-old is set to receive a massive push soon, so winning the Battle Royal could be a start.

Ronda Rousey vs. Shayna Baszler: In the MMA match between Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler, we could expect Rousey to showcase a glimpse of her UFC dominance. Hence, we pick Ronda Rousey as the potential winner of this match.

GUNTHER vs. Drew McIntyre: This is difficult to pick as GUNTHER has been a dominant Intercontinental Champion for over a year, and is continued to be given the commanding light. But since it will be Drew McIntyre's comeback match, things are complicated. We go with McIntyre to win and following that, a rivalry could extend with multiple title trades.

Ricochet vs. Logan Paul: Logan has been impressive ever since he stepped inside the WWE's squared circle. At SummerSlam 2023, he could get his first singles win.

Asuka vs Bianca Belair vs Charlotte Flair: Charlotte Flair is undefeated at SummerSlam, and we expect she will improve her score to 6-0. The match is for the Raw Women's Championship. Hence, Flair could hold the title for the 15th time in her career.

Seth 'Freakin' Rollins vs. Finn Balor: These two squared off at SummerSlam 2016 as well, where Balor became the maiden WWE Universal champion. But 24 hours later, he had to vacate his title due to an injury. On this year's biggest party of the summer, a repeat of that could take place. Hence, we pick Finn Balor to win. But... But... And but, there is a twist. Considering what has transpired in recent weeks, Damian Priest could cash in his Money in the Bank contract against the winner, who might as well be Finn Balor.

Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes: Among all the contests, this feud has failed to garner much interest from the WWE universe. This will be Brock and Cody's third meeting and, quite possibly, the final one. Both are one apiece and a clean victory of either one would end the debate. However, we don't think a clean victory will come. One would win, but maybe because of interference. Who could interfere? Our best bets are on Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton. Any one of the superstars could mark his return and affect the outcome of the match. What do you think?

Roman Reigns vs. Jey Uso: This fight has been termed as a Tribal Combat. Jey Uso has attained a major push in recent weeks and has successfully fit into the main event frame. He will be up against the Head of the Table, Roman Reigns at the event, who will put his Universal Title on the line for the first time since WrestleMania. Jey Uso has an undefeated streak going on at SummerSlam at 4-0 and also became the first man to pin Roman Reigns after more than three years. So, will the biggest party of the summer going to be Ucey? We don't think so. We expect Jimmy Uso to make his comeback and cause Jey to lose, which would start a new brother vs brother chapter in WWE.
