WWE: Retention Policy

All Elite Wrestling (AEW) had a great week with generating the most number of viewership in the wrestling universe and WWE CEO Vince McMahon is surely not happy with it. According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, a lot of WWE superstars tweeted about it and Vince was quite upset over it. According to reports, WWE is not letting any of its stars leave the roster in the coming days. The reason is very simple. WWE does not want to let their superstars go to some other company and be successful over there.  WWE is planning to revise its contracts and it will surely prevent superstars from leaving the company.  AEW has managed to take out a lot of stars from WWE lately and it has surely benefitted them a lot. It is time for Vince to take things seriously and stop the leakage of superstars into other wrestling organizations.
