Ahead of Sacred Games season 2 and Leila, here's how you can change your primary language on Netflix

Popular content streaming platform Netflix is on a constant quest to making inroads into India with back-to-back originals like Sacred Games, Ghoul, Delhi Crime, in addition to movies like Chopsticks among others. As part of its strategy to further strengthen its foothold in India, Netflix plans to come up with at least 9 original series in the country this year. In fact, Netflix is gearing up for yet another Indian original series, Leila. Huma Qureshi starrer Leila is dropping on Netflix tomorrow, June 14th.

With 150 million subscribers who speak so many different languages, Netflix has a pretty diverse content hosted on its platform across several Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Malayalam, etc. Netflix currently supports more than 20 languages on its platform. While fans are desperately waiting for Sacred Games season 2 to release on Netflix, we show you how you can change your primary language on Netflix

Desktop

1. If you are a desktop user, here's how you can change your primary language on Netflix:
2. Go to Netflix.com and sign into your Netflix account. Now, select your profile by clicking on it. Remember that primary language will be changed only for the profile you select.
3. You can explore the settings or Navigate directly to the language settings page. Enter this URL to your browser's address bar. https://www.netflix.com/LanguagePreferences
4. Select the language of your choice from the list on the Language settings page. All you need to do is click on the small circle located to the left of each language.
5. Now, you have to save your settings by scrolling down and clicking the "Save" button. You will then be redirected to your account page so that you can start streaming your favourite shows and movies as usual.

Mobile

Similarly, mobile users can also customise their primary language on Netflix. Similar to desktop users, mobile users need to navigate to https://www.netflix.com/LanguagePreferences from a mobile browser. Instructions remain more or less the same as Desktop users. Once you have saved new primary language settings on mobile, language change should reflect for your profile on Netflix's app. In case not, you may need to sign out of your Netflix account and sign back in.
