PUBG Mobile has now got a LITE version that takes core PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG) experiences onto low-end smartphones – necessarily on those phones having RAMs lower than 2GB. This version, called PUBG Mobile LITE is available for download from Google Play.
PUBG Mobile Lite comes with key features such as:
- Enhanced Aim Assist: With the all-new auxiliary aim assist, in order to make aiming simpler and comes in extremely useful while playing in weak network environments. The intensity differs between the crawling and standing positions, simplifying the control while preserving the unique PUBG MOBILE experience.
- Upgradation to Winner Pass: The Winner Pass replaces the Royale Pass and will have much faster achievement unlocks and span a month, with fantastic rewards on offer.
PUBG Mobile Lite is now live in India; you could check out the Lite version of the popular battle-royale game now.
Another key functionality worth noting is the anti-cheat mechanism like that of the original PUBG (full version for consoles and PC). Within Android phones, the PUBG Mobile Lite application (app) occupies 34MB internal storage area – as it is a watered-down “light” app. The app should work with all Android software versions above Android 4.1.
Then, there is the ability for players to heal themselves in all stance except for when they are prone. This is particularly useful in high latency conditions where movement actions might inhibit the healing mechanic in game. This should potentially help speed up the game pace and increase survivability.
