GTA 6 may not come to the fore officially any time in the near future.

The hype surrounding Rockstar’s much expected Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) never seems to die down, and this time around references to the game have surfaced yet again unofficially (like always). Rumour mills, and various GTA Forum members went on record stating that GTA 6 was referenced by a former Rockstar employee on his RESUME.
However, the source at which these rumour mills pointed to did not have any mentions about neither Rockstar nor GTA 6. For starters, check out the image that was posted on GTA Forums, by members referencing a game artist going by the name Bibin Michael. Check out the image, on the forum, here.
In this regard, Michael’s RESUME on ArtStation (via the GTA forum) did not contain any references to his having worked at Rockstar and on concept vehicles creation for GTA 6. Michael, who rumour mills claim as a former employee – Junior Vehicle Artist at Rockstar Games, may have removed these references as part of not wanting to divulge any information about the apparent upcoming edition of Grand Theft Auto. Nonetheless, Michael’s name features in Rockstar Games’ Thank You page crediting the different artists having worked on the popular Red Dead Redemption 2. Check this Thank You page of Rockstar Games here.
Hence, at this point in time, you are advised to take the above rumours, which are circulating the web, with a pinch of salt. As of now, both of Rockstar’s current-gen GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 are still popular among gaming enthusiasts.
GTA 6, in case it officially exists and when it does come out should do so with a lot of noise and you all would know from better sources than people’s RESUMES (speculated) and ThankYou credit pages.
Finally, there were other rumours hinting at an apparent takeover of Take-Two Interactive (publishers of GTA 5)by Sony to make the rumoured GTA 6 as a PlayStation 5 (PS5)-exclusive. These are again speculative in nature and remain rumours. So far, Sony is yet to make public any of such plans thereby indicating the purely speculative nature of these rumours.
