Infinix Hot 50 5G India launch: Infinix today launched a new entry-level 5G smartphone in India today. The newly launched smartphone is dubbed as the Infinix Hot 50 5G and it joins the league of smartphones that offer 5G connectivity at a price less than Rs 10,000. On the feature front, the newly launched Infinix Hot 50 5G comes with some top-of-the-line features such as a 48MP dual camera setup, a 5000mAh large battery and support for Android 14 to name a few. The base variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space will be available at a price of Rs 8,999, the top variant of the phone with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space will be available at a price of Rs 9,999.Interested buyers will be able to get the Infinix Hot 50 5G in Sleek Black and Sage Green colour variants starting September 9.Infinix Hot 50 5G: Features and specificationsOn the design front, the Infinix Hot 50 5G is available in plastic and vegan leather back finishes. It has a sleek profile of 7.8mm and it comes with IP54 dust and water-resistant coating. It will be available in Sleek Black, Vibrant Blue, Sage Green and Dreamy Purple colour options.Coming to the specifications, the Infinix Hot 50 5G sports a 6.7-inch HD+ punch-hole display with a dynamic screen refresh rate of 120Hz refresh rate, a 93.9 percent screen-to-body ratio and thin bezels. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G system-on-chip (SoC) that is coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. This space can be expanded using a microSD card of up to 1TB space. The phone runs Android 14-based XOS 14.As mentioned before, the Infinix Hot 50 5G comes with a host of AI-powered features. Users get access to ASK AI, which the company says serves as a writing assistant, and AI Voice Capture that lets users capture images using voice commands. The phone also offers AI Wallpaper Generator and AI Gallery, which Infinix says lets users find images using conversational queries.On the camera front, the Infinix Hot 50 5G sports a 48MP dual camera setup at the back with support for 12 camera modes.
