Are you expecting a PlayStation Portable Console in 2019?
For starters, Sony has phased-out the PlayStation Vita. As of now, the PlayStation Plus games applicable to each month starting March 2019 would include titles applicable to only the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 without including that for the PS Vita.
This means that Nintendo is now officially the only major name in the portable gaming hardware segment. Also, Sony is yet to announce new PlayStation Portable plans. This means that for now, there are no PlayStation Portable consoles.
If you are expecting next-gen portable consoles from the Japan-based gaming giant, then it is desirable that you shift focus on the apparent next-gen successor to the PS4 (which rumour mills are claiming to be the PS5). This gaming device could also be shown off this year followed by an official launch in 2020. However, Sony is yet to officially throw light on the new gaming device scheme of things.

Hence, there would be no reveals of a next-gen PlayStation console at the E3 2019 at least. However, there could be something at the Sony PSX 2019 event; excited fans are already sharing their share of expectations from the show; and the purported PS5 features in the scheme of things here.
