We know that Samsung is working on a third Galaxy M phone, expected to be called the M30, which will probably be very similar to the M20 in design and core hardware. The M30 will differentiate itself from the M20 by bringing in features like a triple rear camera setup at a relatively more affordable price in comparison to a phone like the Galaxy A7 that also packs three rear cameras at a price of over Rs 25,000.

A leaked schematic – the kind you find in a product manual – of the alleged Samsung Galaxy M30 has now been spotted online showing off a familiar Galaxy M20-like design with three rear cameras giving some credence to past reports. The schematic suggests that the M30 will look a lot like the M20, only it will carry a third sensor on the back. The triple camera setup on the M30 is rumoured to be 13MP+5MP+5MP and even though the functionality of each of these sensors is unknown, chances are it could be standard+wide-angle+depth much like how things are in the Galaxy A7.

On the front, the M30 is said to come with a 16MP sensor which is a big step-up from the M20’s 8MP selfie shooter.

Like the Galaxy M20, the Galaxy M30 will also come with a 6.3-inch Infinity-V 1080p+ display but it will swap its TFT LCD panel for AMOLED, as per the schematics. The M30 is expected to be powered by the same Exynos 7904 processor as the M20. It will reportedly come with up to 4GB RAM and up to 64GB storage, and will pack the same 5,000mAh battery with USB Type-C fast charging support as the M20.

The Galaxy M20 starts at Rs 10,990 for the base 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant, going all the way to Rs 12,990 for the top-end variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. The Galaxy M30 is expected to cost under Rs 25,000.
