Xiaomi Mi Note 10, Mi Note 10 Pro maybe in the works 

Xiaomi’s Mi Note phones were probably one of the first few phones that qualified as value flagships – at a time when the concept was just beginning to shape up. Xiaomi’s Mi Note phones offered terrific value for money and were all-rounders in every aspect, design, display, performance, cameras and battery life. But Xiaomi, for some reason, stopped making them. The last Mi Note, aka Mi Note 3, was launched in 2017. Two years down the line, Xiaomi is yet to launch a follow up. 

Mi Note 10, Mi Note 10 Pro launch imminent

But it seems Xiaomi may be working to bring back the Mi Note series. There have been rumours about a new Mi Note and now we have information about two – the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro. The Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro have been spotted on various certification websites like the NBTC and the EEC with the model numbers M1910F4G and M1910F4S respectively. Sadly, the listings aren’t accompanied with hardware details but hey, at least this confirms an imminent launch.  

The Mi Note 3, which was launched in 2017 alongside the original Mi Mix, came with a 5.5-inch 1080p ISP LCD display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor paired with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The phone came with dual 12MP rear cameras and a 16MP selfie shooter. Under the hood, it came with a 3,500mAh battery and 18W fast charging. The Mi Note 3 also came with stereo speakers. 

That said, the Mi Note has always been a China-only affair and India has never got it, so chances are something similar will happen with the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro as well. But Xiaomi in 2019 is better placed in India than it was in 2017. It has been launching more and more products in India now, and it won’t be surprising if the Mi Note 10 makes its way to India. So, we will have to wait and watch out on that. 

While we’re on Xiaomi Notes, the company has recently launched the Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 8 Pro in India – two phones that offer tremendous value for money at their respective price points.
