Genshin Impact domain of forgery: Complete your weapon ascension at this location

Ascension is simple in that players need only enter the weapon or character's enhancement menu, and select the Ascension option. Doing so allows the best Genshin Impact weapons to become even better. The difficult part is locating and gathering the weapon's (or character's) necessary Ascension Materials. In Genshin Impact, Domains of Forgery can be thought of as a form of Abyssal Domain. This means they can be any form of dungeon, such as a shrine. Currently, the game has only two Domains of Forgery, both of which are accessible once a player reaches Adventure Rank 16:

• Cecilia Garden - West of Mondstadt, the game's initial city, is Cecilia Garden. It is located in Wolvendom (near Mondstadt)
• The Lianshan Formula Hidden Palace - The Lianshan Formula Hidden Palace is located near Mingyun Village in the eastern nation of Liyue.

These two Domains of Forgery are currently the only way to obtain weapon Ascension Materials, and the players can find them in the shops on a daily rotation basis. Cecilia Garden and the Hidden Palace will allow players to enter a different Domain of Forgery depending on the day of the week (each featuring unique rewards.) Once inside the domains, the goal is usually the same: players must kill a group of monsters while enduring an additional obstacle, which varies depending on the domain's level.

By achieving new Adventure Ranks, players can access new levels in each realm. The level and quantity of adversaries in each domain will increase in lockstep with the domain's level, increasing the "ley line disarray." Ley Line Disorders are a form of stage penalty that typically deals passive damage to players while also applying status ailments.

In Genshin Impact, domains are occurrences that are seen in temples like entrances. Completing the challenges gives you Artifacts, Talent Leveling Materials, Weapon Ascension Materials, Mora, Adventure EXP, Weapon Enhancement Materials, and Companionship EXP in exchange for some Original Resin.
