Genshin impact unknown god: What is the true identity of the unknown god?

unkwn god is enigmatic god who, at start of Genshin Impact, separated Traveler from ir sibling. Paimon first sees her in opening cutscene, as Traveler explains how y ended up stranded in Teyvat. So who exactly is this Unkwn God? Has she shown herself ever in current version of game? Continue reading article to find out.

Genshin Impact Unkwn God

Traveler and ir sibling attempted to leave Teyvat, but were stopped by an unseen deity. She refers to herself as "sustainer of heavenly values," deunces mankind's "arrogance," and declares war on m. She summons swarms of dark red cubes to attack m, trapping m in her cubes and engulfing twins individually.

Unkwn God looks a lot like Kiana Kaslana, who plays Herrscher of Void in ar miHoYo game, Honkai Impact 3rd. Due to her manipulation capabilities and or skills, many believe she is forgotten God of Time. So far, it appears that Unkwn God is game's main antagonist, but thing else is kwn about her. Although she can appear in game properly again in future, some players assume she has already appeared in game under a different name.

most common hyposis at moment is that Paimon is a weaker version of Unkwn God. This is due to fact that both characters have white hair, and Paimon's hair clip resembles Unkwn God's cross shape. Paimon is also name of one of kings of hell in some religious texts, which makes some players wary of her even more. 

This hyposis is also supported by fact that in Genshin Effect, re are or creatures like Paimon, and or characters see her as an outsider in world alongside Traveler. Her magic also doesn't seem to use any previously seen in-game elements, which is consistent with Unkwn God's use of an unkwn element as magic. 

If Unkwn God was weak, she may have regressed to a weaker form to reclaim her energy. This form very well could be Paimon. If it's possible that she lost her memories during transformation, it's also possible that she's only acting incent and supportive before right moment comes to reveal her true identity.
