iPhone 16e Pre-Orders Now Live: How To Book Apple’s Cheapest iPhone of 2025
The iPhone 16e pre-orders are now live from Apple Store Online, Apple BKC, Apple Saket, Flipkart, Amazon, Croma, and other authorised resellers.

iPhone 16e is now up for pre-orders in India and several other markets, allowing interested buyers to reserve a unit before it goes on sale. Launched earlier this week, the iPhone 16e is a major upgrade over Apple’s previous entry-level smartphones, launched with the ‘SE’ moniker. Not only does the iPhone 16e break away from that nomenclature, but it also is Apple’s attempt at pitching its cheapest iPhone of 2025 as a member of the iPhone 16 series.
Apple’s fourth-generation entry-level iPhone costs ₹59,900, a significantly higher price tag than the previous iPhone SE models. Analysts believe that the iPhone 16e may find fewer takers than expected — at least in the first half, but festive season sales and discounts from third-party sellers may put it in a strong position in the sub-₹40,000 market. That is also because the flagship-level iPhone 16, launched last year in September, is currently selling for about ₹70,000, with its price having dropped to less than ₹60,000 during the festive season. The close gap between the prices of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16e may hinder the latter’s sales.
