Online video streaming service Netflix is making the first episode of its latest India original series Bard of Blood available to non-subscribers. Even if you are not a Netflix subscriber, you can still watch the first, premiere episode of Emraan Hashmi-starrer Bard of Blood on the platform for absolutely free. Bard of Blood is produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment and it's a 7-episode Indian original series by Netflix. All you need to do is head over to Netflix and start streaming the first episode - “What's Past is Prologue”

Apparently, you can stream the first episode of Bard of Blood on select web browsers and platforms. For example, on Android, you can stream the S01E01 of Bard of Blood only on Chrome for Android. On computers, however, you can stream the first episode of Bard of Blood on Chome, Firefox and Edge, among other modern browsers, free of cost. Plus, you cannot access it for free on platforms such as iOS, Chromecast or Amazon's Fire Stick.
However, Netflix said it is allowing free streaming of the first episode of Bard of Blood for a limited time. This is what Netflix had to say:
"At Netflix, we try different ways to bring people closer to great stories. We believe many people will find the thrilling story of spy Kabir Anand very appealing and are excited to make the first episode of the series available to everyone for a limited time. In the future, we will consider if we will do this for other films and series."
Emraan Hashmi, who is playing the lead role in the series, tweeted the link of the first episode of Bard of Blood:

Netflix has been working to cement its position in India. Earlier, Netflix introduced a mobile-only subscription plan in India to attract more users, ahead of Sacred Games season 2 release.
