Lenovo launches world’s first smartphone with 12GB RAM and Snapdragon 855 chip!

What makes Lenovo Z5 Pro GT possible
Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 will be 2019’s flagship mobile chipset. At CES and MWC 2019, more and more flagship smartphone makers are expected to showcase their top-of-the-line phone powered by this chip. Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 is a 5G-enabled chipset. It has Kryo 485 CPU and Adreno 640 GPU to render graphics. Ticking at 2.8GHz, it has been fabricated using a 7nm process.
Lenovo Z5 features and specs
Lenovo Z5 Pro GT sports a 6.39-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display with over 95 per cent screen-to-body ratio. It’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The dual-SIM phone runs Android 9.0 Pie with the company's ZUI 10 on top. As for cameras, Lenovo Z5 Pro GT a total of four cameras. It houses 16MP with f/1.8 aperture + 24MP with f/1.8 dual rear cameras. Up front is 16MP + 8MP dual selfie cameras.
Furthermore, Lenovo Z5 Pro GT supports in-display fingerprint much like OnePlus 6T, Oppo R17 Pro and Vivo V11 Pro. It also supports Face Unlock feature. Design-wise, the handset measures 210 g and packs a 3350mAh battery with fast charging support under the hood.

Lenovo announced multiple variants of the Z5 Pro GT, as follows:
6GB RAM / 128GB storage for 2,698 yuan (roughly Rs 25,570)
8GB RAM / 256GB storage for 3,398 yuan (roughly Rs 34,720)
12GB RAM / 512GB storage for 4,398 yuan (roughly Rs 45,058)
Lenovo Z5 Pro GT pre-orders begin on January 15 whereas the actual sale begins on January 24.
