At a time when all eyes and ears are on the February 20 Unpacked event scheduled to held in San Francisco, it seems that there is now one final rumour about the purported next-gen Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e smartphones. The latest rumour states that there would be a Ceramic Black variant of the Galaxy S10+ in existence at a premium pricing.
Now, as per renowned technology tipster Evan Blass going by the Twitter moniker evleaks, the Ceramic Black Samsung Galaxy S10+ variant would come in a staggering 12GB RAM and 1TB internal storage edition. This specific variant is also rumoured to be priced at a mammoth Rs 1,07,300 ($1500, 10000 Yuan).
These rumours seem to be the penultimate considering the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10e and probably the Galaxy Buds would launch on February 20 in New York. Also, the rumours follow that of earlier ones that hinted at the existence of a Ceramic White outer colour variant of the Galaxy S10+. Hence, Samsung Galaxy loyalists could have multiple options to choose from with respect to editions/variants of the next-gen smartphones.
At this juncture, it is worth noting that evleaks’ hint at the Ceramic Black edition seems to be out of a Chinese eStore listing (probably an official Samsung listing), hence, there may be subtle changes in the Indian Galaxy S10+ variant.
Nonetheless, with the February 20 Samsung Unpacked event having becomes the cynosure of eyes even before it takes place in San Francisco (not too far from now), it is worth noting that Samsung is letting loyalists in India check out all three variants - Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+, and Galaxy S10e on February 21 (next day after launch) itself.
