Ginza Tinaka Disney gold Christmas tree
Standing at 2.4 metres tall, this Christmas tree is worth USD 4.27 million. It features 50 disney characters crafted in pure gold. It weighs a total of 88 pounds, all in 24K. Nothing less than a masterpiece, it was made by 10 skilled artisans in a period of two months.
Swarovski’s Christmas tree in Asia at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
In 2015, Swarovski collaborated with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur to unveil its tallest Christmas tree in Asia. Impressively standing 23 metres tall, this wonder featured 175,000 clear crystals adorning over 3,100 crystal strands. It was worth USD 700,000. The tree was showcased at the mall’s Centre court.
Washington D.C. Christmas tree
It is an annual ritual which only gets better with each passing year. It started way back in 1964 and ever since then it is replanted every year right in front of the White house. To make it beautiful, it is decked with thousands of light bulbs and stunning decor. This tree costs a whopping USD 1 million.
Sofitel London St. James Black tree
Located in London, this is one of the most unique trees in the world. Priced at USD 55,000, this tree is far from cliche. This tree features a metal frame which is then decorated with 200 miniature 24k gold bottles containing Louis XIII Grande champagne cognac. This comes in as the hotel’s way of paying homage to city’s very well known pub culture.
