Israel Destroys Yemen's Seaport, Powerplant In Fresh Attack
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) launched a powerful strike on Yemen’s Hodeidah and Ras Issa ports, targeting oil reserves and military supplies. This aggressive offensive was in response to the Houthis firing three ballistic missiles at Israel. Dozens of Israeli aircraft, including F-151 fighter jets, carried out the attack, striking targets 1,800 km away from Israel. The attack resulted in the deaths of four fighters and wounded 29 others, according to the Houthi Health Ministry. Alongside the ports, IDF also targeted power plants and facilities used to import oil, accusing the Houthis of using them to transfer Iranian weapons. The Houthis, through their spokesperson Mohammad Abdul Salam, condemned the attack and reaffirmed their support for Gaza and Lebanon.
