Udhayanidhi Stalin, the deputy chief minister of Tamil Nadu, has attacked Governor RN Ravi, accusing him of being a federal government agent and claiming that his position is worthless. Udhayanidhi went on to say that last year, the BJP -supporting governor wanted Tamil Nadu's name changed. "Our leader MK Stalin has requested that the prime minister not replace Governor RN Ravi and BJP state president Annamalai because as long as they are here, DMK needs no campaigning as they will do it for us for free," the Deputy Chief Minister joked.
