Anant Ambani Gifted Limited Edition Audemars Piguet Watches Worth Rs. 50 Crore to Bollywood Friends

After 4 months of celebrations and various pre-wedding celebrations, Anant Ambani, the younger son of Mukesh Ambani and Neeta Ambani, and Radhika Merchant, daughter of Viren A. Merchant and Shaila Viren Merchant, tied the knot on July 12 in a grand wedding function that was held at Mumbai’s World Convention Centre.

The engagement of the couple took place last year and was also a marvellous event. And the wedding was grander than that, which took attention not only from India but all across the globe as people were in awe after looking at everything. We all know the love of Anant Ambani for collective watches in the pre-wedding. Priscilla Chan, wife of Mark Zuckerberg, was amazed to see the Rs 15 crore watch. Moreover, the total worth of Anant Ambani’s watch collection is more than Rs 250 crore, which includes many limited edition watches. 

But that was not it; Anant Ambani decided to gift his groomsmen exclusive luxury watches valued at Rs 2 crore each. According to a viral post on X, Anant Ambani had gifted a bespoke series of 25 limited edition Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Luminary editions to his close friends.

Anant Ambani gave his groomsmen a watch that has an 18K pink gold 41 mm casing that is 9.5 mm thick, a screw-locked crown, and a sapphire crystal back. The gorgeous Grande Tapisserie pattern on its pink gold-toned dial is accentuated by blue counters, pink gold hour markers, and luminescent Royal Oak hands. 

The magnificent Manufacture Calibre 5134 self-winding movement is housed in this masterpiece, which also features an inner bezel with pink gold tones. Moreover, it also has a perpetual calendar that displays the week indication, day, date, astronomical moon, month, leap year, and hours and minutes. It also offers a 40-hour power reserve, and its base is an 18K pink gold bracelet with an AP folding buckle, an additional blue alligator strap, and a water resistance feature upto 20 metres. 

The list of people who got this list was long, but some renowned personalities were Ranveer Singh, Shikhar Pahariya, Veer Pahariya, Meezaan Jafri, and others, according to some sources. 

After the wedding, the family also organised a Shubh Ashirwad Ceremony, which was attended by some of the important people of the country, like PM Narendra Modi, Shankaracharya of Dwarka Peeth Swami Sadanand Saraswati, Shankaracharya of Jyotirmath Swami Avimukteshwaranand, former President of India Ram Nath Kovid, and others. The wedding celebrations will conclude with a reception, or Mangal Utsav, scheduled for July 14 in Mumbai.
