The video, shared by media personality Harrison Faulkner on X, has garnered over 500,000 views, sparking a wave of reactions, some racially charged.
One user wrote, "Hey, non-Canadians, this is not what we mean by Canada being a 'free' country." Another commented, "Indian stealing children's candy and Halloween decorations. But I thought they were all super rich and high class?"
A third user added, "The lights too, that’s crazy. These people are incompatible with our level of civilization and societal morality."
However, some defended the community, with one user stating, "Not every Indian or Chinese person is doing this. A good portion of both groups are hard-working and follow the rules. Please don’t generalize."
