Tired of your boss? A company in the US is offering employees a unique service to help them vent their frustration. The service allows employees to scold their bosses anonymously. According to reports, the company was founded by stand-up comedian and actor Calimar White, who boasts nearly 280,000 Instagram followers. Operating as a non-profit organization, OCDA (Office Complaints and Disputes Agency) has left the internet stunned.

The company's mission is “to rectify complaints and create a better work environment,” according to its website. The company aims to foster a culture of respect and responsiveness within workplaces.

How Does It Work?

According to their website, clients must submit a request, after which an agent visits the client's workplace to confront the boss or colleague with a prepared script of grievances. The ‘professional’ scolder is required to address the complaints in the script, regardless of the boss’s reaction.

If the location is outside the service area, the confrontation is conducted via phone call. In both cases, the results are uploaded to OCDA’s YouTube channel, which has amassed 80,000 subscribers.

A recent video featured an agent scolding “Mr. LJ,” a boss who had received complaints about his workplace management. The moment the scolder entered his office, they launched into the grievances: “I’ve been working for over 17 years, yet you don’t give me PTO (paid time off), and you’re paying the new hires more than the veterans. The entire inventory is disorganized. There’s no fan in the molding section…”

The company’s official social media is currently seeking "scolders" with specific requirements, including "must be a parent who frequently cusses at their kids" and "must come from a single-parent household."

The video of the scolder confronting a boss has gone viral, with many in disbelief, wondering if it's real. Despite the disblief, many have hailed the idea as genius.
