India is one of the top spots for foreigners to travel, but it is also one of the best places for medical services. Thousands of people fly to India for medical treatments, and the reason is that they get better services at a lower price; moreover, getting the visa is also free. Similarly, an influencer posted a video from her hospital bed.

In this viral video, she marks five things that she learned while being admitted to a hospital in India. Victoria Prince, who came to travel and explore India, fell ill and was admitted to CK Birla Hospital in Jaipur, Rajasthan. In another video, Victoria shared that because she grew up in an area where volcanic fog was natural, she developed 'environmental asthma'. The initial days of travelling in India were good, but after a heavy rain and humidity, it triggered her back, and she had to go to the hospital.

Check out the viral video:

Victoria Prince shared the video with a one-word caption, “flabbergasted.”

The video has more than 15 lakh views and 75,000 likes.

Victoria shared a video in which she shared the five points she learned while being admitted to an Indian hospital. Victoria said, “the medical insurance cost 10$,” which she thought would be the cost for one month, but nope it was 10 dollars for a year.

Later, she said that “the food is fire here; they don’t serve any processed food, and everything is vegetarian.”

The third point she made was that “the education is free, some of the best doctors in the world are from India.” Well, education is not free, but it is less expensive compared to other countries.

In her fourth point, she said, “The average cost of a one-night stay in a hospital is 2800 dollars for one night; in California, it's over 4,000 dollars for one night.”

“For 2800 dollars, somebody could come here for 8 nights and get bypass surgery on their heart, all cost included. If you ever have a very very serious surgery that you need and somehow can’t because, you know, come to India.”

She also said that the hospitals sent a dietician in to ask about my preferences and what she likes. In her reply, she said she wants to eat naan but got denied as, while healing, it’s not good for her and hard to digest.

User’s reactions to the post:

“Yes, India has excellent Medical tourism industry. People from many countries come here. The only incorrect thing in this video was Education is not free but it is not "that" expensive in Government colleges. The competition is severe to get into them.”

“White people in the comments getting offended for no reason . She didn’t say anything bad about some other country , she said it’s cheaper here,” said another user.

“As an indian, i would like to thank you for saying these beautiful words and for appreciating our healthcare system.. thank you very much.”

“They be coming to India for their surgeries and hating us when we go abroad for education or work. What a world we live in.”
