Crest of Indian Navy's ship 'Surat' unveiled

The crest of Indian Navy’s, under-construction, guided missile destroyer ‘Surat’, was unveiled on Monday.It was jointly unveiled by Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel and chief of Naval staff Adm Harikumar.

The crest of 'Surat' also has a lot of significance of depicting the known landmarks of Gujarat. Like, the Lighthouse of Hazira has been depicted in the crest.
