After 25 remarkable years in Bollywood, the actor is being honoured with a special film festival named after her - Kareena Kapoor Khan Festival - organised by PVR Cinemas.

This multi-city film festival will pay tribute to the actor’s illustrious career, and showcase some of her most acclaimed and lauded performances on the big screen once again.

A trailer of the film festival was released, which contained clips from her most-loved films and characters, including Poo from Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham, Geet from Jab We Met, and Chameli.

The festival is to be hosted across 15 cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar and Trivandrum.
