The Bushfires in eastern Australia have spread across the suburbs of Sidney. The fire flames were so intense that the firefighters deployed planes and helicopters in order to put an end to the blazing fires with splattering of water and red retardant.
Fire Blazes spread across the eastern coast of Australia
The international media reported that there were twin blazes initially in the north shore suburbs of Turramurra which is located 15 km away from Sydney. The fire then spread to the eucalypt forest park and became uncontrollable so much that several homes were caught in it. Currently, more than 100 forest fires big or small are burning around the eastern coast of Australia. The present bushfires have caused an increase in the temperature and the situation is getting worse.
Catastrophic fires recorded around Sydney
In Turramurra, there was heavy smoke reported in the air and the cars, houses and roads were coloured with red retardant. The resident of that area reported that the embers from the forest fires floated and sparked fires in their yard. The NSW Rural Fire services which is the largest fire services of the world announced on Twitter that there are catastrophic fires recorded in and around Sydney. They also said the firefighters are fighting the threat and the condition should soon be stable, at the same time warned the residents to keep a check on the condition.
