A shocking video of a Chinese worker attacking an employee in Sierra Leone in West Africa on June 9 did rounds on social media on Saturday, exposing alleged attitude of foreign nationals towards locals in country. fight between Chinese manager and worker was allegedly sparked over a disagreement over training exercise which was reportedly cutting into schedule of workers. In video, Chinese manager attempts to stab worker with a long pole after being initially attacked but is kicked away by African national. 

Chinese worker assaults African

As per reports, incident has exposed conflict at play between Chinese influence in Sierra Leone, and local attitudes towards major foreign businesses operating within country. As per a local newspaper, China Railway Seventh Group (CRSG) resolved a dispute between a Chinese CRSG staff and a Sierra Leonean Kingho staff, following a fight at ir repair shop at Tonkolili mine site. As per reports, 'disgraceful video' showing   Chinese worker violently attacking a Sierra Leonean employee has not only gone viral but has attracted massive condemnation and calls for Chinese worker to be arrested, charged to court, imprisoned, and n kicked out of Sierra Leone after serving his prison term.

As per reports, China Railway Seventh Group (CRSG), in a statement released after incident, said that its staff would abide by laws and regulations and would ensure such instances are not repeated. Photos of Chinese official shaking hands with African worker surfaced as CRSG dressed tussle at Tonkolili mine site and cautioned staff against such behaviour.

China reacts to G7 summit decisions

China reacted to issues covered by G7 (Group of Seven) leers at summit that is being held in UK, saying that days when "global decisions" were dictated by a "small group of countries are long gone". During ir meet in Cornwall, leers from Cana, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, United Kingdom, and United States dressed a range of global issues, including forced labour practices targeting China's Uyghur Muslims. Now, a spokesman for Chinese embassy in London issued a statement saying that world affairs should be handled through "consultation by all countries". spokesman also mentioned "so-called rules formulated by a small number of countries" and ded that valid global system was "international order based on principles" of United Nations. 

"We always believe that countries, big or small, strong or weak, poor or rich, are equals, and that world affairs should be handled through consultation by all countries," statement furr ded.

"re is only one system and one order in world, that is, international system with United Nations at core and international order based on international law, not so-called system and order vocated by a handful of countries," it furr ded.
