Emergency Vehicles Pull Up Outside White House, Multiple Entrances Blocked Over 'Suspicious Item'

Washington DC: A number of ambulances and emergency vehicles were spotted outside the White House in US on Friday.

Apart from that, multiple entrances to the complex were also blocked; the US Secret Service has given an update on the same.

According to latest reports, several emergency vehicles and ambulances pulled up outside the official residence of the President of United States, the White House.

Multiple entrances to the White House have also been blocked off.

US Secret Service Gives Update 

As per the US Secret Service, "It is a routine closure to investigate a suspicious item."

Currently, US President Joe Biden is in Delaware and Democratic Presidential nominee Kamala Harris is in Arizona.

Donald Trump's Plane Diverted after Mechanical Issue

In another news, Former US President Donald Trump was on his way to Montana for a rally ahead of the US Presidential Elections 2024 when his plane was diverted due to a mechanical issue. Fortunately, the flight, a private jet, landed safely at another airport.

Trump's plane was enroute to Bozeman, Montana, when it was diverted Friday afternoon to Billings, 142 miles to the east, according to Jenny Mockel, administrative assistant at Billings Logan International Airport.

Mockel said the former president was continuing to Bozeman via private jet.
